These pain relief patches are super easy to use. It gives a cooling sensation, eases pain quickly and is very comfortable. It do not has any smell and is easy to carry. Loved the gel and the quality of the patches, can be used on arms, shoulders, back, thighs, etc for pain relief

Effective cooling relief for back pain!
I bought these Hoop patches for my lower back pain and I’m really impressed. The cooling sensation from the menthol starts almost immediately and lasts for quite a while. They are very easy to apply, and unlike some other brands, the adhesive is strong enough to stay on while I move around, but it doesn't hurt to peel off. Great Ayurvedic alternative to strong chemical sprays. Will definitely buy again!

Though it relieves pain the gel is not sticky enough. It would have been a great product if it sticks well to the skin!
