The Lost Library [Stead, Rebecca, Mass, Wendy] on desertcart.com. *FREE* shipping on qualifying offers. The Lost Library Review: Heart warming! - I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this book! This book was written so beautifully, so much detail and depth! I would totally recommend this books for kids and teens! It has a lot of grace, and I love all the characters! {!SPOILER ALERT!} I still don't understand/know if the wife of Evan's dad (the mouse guy) knows that he's H.G. Higgins. I mean, if the teacher knows that he's H.G. Higgins, then surely his wife knows.... wait, I think she does know! But a lot of plot twists! I wish that the head librarian (who would always say that Al had to find her place) and Mr. Brock would have seen the cats together when they were watching the movie, and for Evan's dad to see the Librarian and Mr. Brock again. And I'm not sure if it's just me who didn't understand this, but did the orange cat Mortimer ever meet the other cat who had a 'scarry' name? I know he met Petunia, but what about the other cat? Otherwise, great book, and I would recommend! 5 STARS! Review: A Wonderfully Fun and Cute Story - Loved this wonderfully fun and cute story. From the 6-toed cat to the kid to the ghosts to his Dad and the mice actors, in takes you in and makes you read. People really can live happily ever after!

The Lost Library is a Beautiful Story
The lost library is a beautiful story about a boy who finds about a library that burned down in his hometown and is determined to solve the mystery of what happened. On the way, we meet the people involved, including his best friend Rafe, father, Edward, the Librarian, Assistant Librarian, Cat, and mice. This author was able to put so much heart and emotion into this book and the ending was hopeful, happy, and heartwarming. The narrators did a fantastic job.

Slowly we Turn
It was a cute little fantasy mystery. It moved to slowly for me. So much so that it became boring. The ending was, good once I got to it.

a delightful middle-grade novel that intertwines mystery, magic, and the love of books. The story follows Evan, a young boy who discovers a little free library guarded by a cat named Mortimer and becomes entangled in uncovering its secrets. Narrated from multiple perspectives—including a ghost librarian, the cat, and Evan—the book explores themes of truth, choice, and the transformative power of literature. With well-crafted characters and a compelling plot, “The Lost Library” is a heartwarming read for young readers and bibliophiles alike.
