These gummies are amazing! They smell and taste great, just the right amount of chewiness. As of the effectiveness - very easy to use, you get a great energy boost, not the spiking one. The ingredients are clean and vegan. Definitely recommend them!

This is a couple of month review after purchase. Maybe it is a mental thing that causes children to think they will grow taller, but my child 12yrs old, still has not grown one inch taller since use. Careful how you spend your money. Has a nice taste, and vitamins.. but that’s it
