So far do hood
Arrived early which was great. It was put in our mailbox so be aware and follow your tracking. Very healthy little sprout and looked exactly as pictured. I babied it for about 7-8 days. Repotted it in a small pot with new potting soil, kept it watered, and slowly have started taking it outside for a few hours early in the morning, then back in the semi sunny window by 11am. It’s doing great and sprouting new leaves. Hopefully ready to transplant outside in SC in a few months. I’m ordering another one today.

Small but very healthy
I don't understand these people leaving bad reviews about the size. The description states very clearly that it is a small starter plug! Mine arrived today, well packaged, clearly marked "fragile live plant". The plug was nicely wrapped and very healthy. I potted it and hopefully I won't kill it. I'm so excited to watch it grow!

Extremely difficult to keep alive!
A couple business size cards enclosed, buy no phone number. If it had a number I would have called them. Put it in a "shot glass" on my kitchen window sill (got morning sun) and would put just enough water (drops) to keep it moist. It is dead! Very disappointed!

Arrived as Small Seedlings, Growing Strong!
I bought two of these. Both arrived as rooted seedlings, and the roots were soft and delicate, so I was unsure I could get them to take. I let them acclimate to the humid Houston climate, watering them gently in small pots. When the stalk seemed stronger despite storms, I transplanted them to larger pots, and one is now much bigger than the other, bit they are growing very well. I'm very happy. I will continue to nurse them and transplant them until next spring, so they are not killed in any hard freeze we might have this January. In November I'll bring them indoors. I can't wait to see these trees in bloom in the coming years. The photo shows the two thriving trees. They have both doubled and one has tripled in size.

Small
The plant is very small . It’s less than 3 inches . U got to be extra careful.

Hearty
I waited to review because I heard they were difficult. I used my naturally, fortified soil mix, trimmed off all but one trunk, and it grew to a 2 1/2 foot tall tree in 1 full season. Then, I accidentally cut off the top third of the tree off!! The whole canopy. (No depth perception). I was so sick about it that I just ignored it. Well, a lot of rain, and 3weeks later, there were a dozen sprouts starting on the top 6 inches of bare stick. It’s now 3 month later, and the whole full, round canopy grew back. I had to come back and say just how hearty this little plug of a jacaranda tree is.

Tiny plant. Alive and growing...
I like that it arrived alive and after a month, it's still growing. Small isn't the right word - tiny better describes the plant that fit in the palm of my hand.

Jacaranda trees
Very quick delivery with healthy little trees. My goodness they were small when they arrived. But the picture representing these seedlings is accurate. No misrepresentation involved. I re-potted them to give them more room to grow before transferring into the ground. Of all my new seedlings, they are the slowest growing, but are healthy, and I have hope that they will take off soon. I can't wait until I have these beautiful trees actually looking like trees and blooming their unusual blue flowers.
