Mesh Back Support for Office Chair, Mesh Lumbar Support with Elastic Strap Chair Back Rest for Back Pain Relief/Car Seat

I don't do a lot of reviews except when I think the product is awful and I want to save people from wasting their money, but in this case I'm leaving a review because I am extremely happy with this product. I have 2 slipped disks in my lower back and found sitting in a chair all day at work was making things so much worse. Once I got this, that problem disappeared. I still have to make a conscious effort not to slouch (it doesn't do miracles unfortunately:) but this helps to remind me to sit up properly and gets me into the correct posture. Now I can actually make it through a day and not have constant back ache. Brilliant product and I will be buying another for my car.

I work at my computer all day, sometimes from 8am to nearly midnight. Lately my back has been complaining more and more and I get tired quickly when working. I slumped forward without realising it and therefore didn't breathe properly and my shoulders and neck were super tense. I looked at the prices of new chairs and thought I'd try this. Hurray! So easy to fit, surprisingly firm and supportive, and my back is happier than it's been for ages! I find I can work all day and get up still feeling comfortable. Such a good price, too. Very, very impressed and grateful.

- I took a star off for comfort, it is OK for that. - It didn't work for my work chair which has an empty space between the back seat and the bottom seat (if your chair is like that, and many are), this would probably slide through it. - But for support and pain relief it really did wonders for me. I had injured my back and for months I was in agony, then I started to stretch my back and using this when I sit for long hours, and then pain gradually went away. My mum loves it too and uses it when I'm not around. Pleased with the purchase, worth the money. - I use a pillow with it to adjust it to my chair. I really like it

It does some good work and provide much needed relief. However, it slips down from time to time and the band isn't too strong at the edges. 4 weeks into use and one of the band seams is already giving way.

It's been a very valuable addition to my office chair. It's a good chair for sure, but it needed something like this - just for that extra bit of back support. I'm so glad I bought this and I think I'll be using it for many years to come. (I bought it years ago and it's still doing well!)

Having suffered back pain for years, I researched the best lumbar supports available & settled on the GO Lumbar support. I ordered from the US & it is great ~ however when I saw this which looked almost identical & a quarter of the price, I got one for my other chair & was really surprised that it is actually more comfortable! As such, I'm happy to highly recommend!

I suffer a lot with lower back problems and I was getting to the point where I couldn't sit driving without suffering back and abdomen pain. I gave this back support a try and it has made a big difference to the pain . Can't say it is that comfortable but it is worth it to get rid of some of the pain. So impressed I bought another one to use when sat in the house. If you have lower back pain it's got to be worth a try.

This provides pretty good support when it's in the right position, but the elastic that holds it in place degraded very quickly. I now have to reposition it behind me every time I sit down, and it's only held in place by my back against it - really irritating! Unfortunately, the product seems to have been let down by very poor quality elastic.
