I purchased this supplement almost a month ago now. Overall I would say it's excellent. In the past, I had purchased non-vegan supplements which gave me a 'fishy burp'- yes, unfortunately they are a real thing! Fortunately with this, there are no such issues. I don't have much meat or fish in my diet, which is the main source of Omega 3. I therefore need a supplement which I can trust will do the job. In terms of mental clarity or energy, I would say that I am less foggy brained than I have felt in recent times. I wouldn't say however that it has affected my energy levels, but then again, this is not the reason I purchased it in the first place. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and don't smell or taste strange. Overall, I am very pleased with the product and will continue to purchase in the future.

Not long been Vegan so wanted to make sure I was getting all the nutrients I need. Most I can get from my food as I eat a wide variety of seeds, nuts, tofu, fruits, veggies and pulses, beans etc. Omega 3's not as easy to get in food. So far so good. Easy to swallow and tasteless. Great quality. Good value.

My son has been taking this daily, and his spots are noticeably improving. Easy to swallow, no fishy aftertaste, and a great plant-based alternative to fish oil. Good value and seems effective for skin and overall health

Arrived quickly and packaged well. I've been taking for a few weeks and I'm sure my cognition is improving, I'm definitely more alert in the morning and seem more motivated. I can only put down to the algae oil as nothing else changed except improvements from the supplement. For me it's good value based on improvements. Oh and an easy size to swallow.

Although I am not a vegan I buy these Vegan Omega 3 6 9 supplements. I do eat meat, but do not eat fish. The taste of fish just makes me sick. Bring in my 70's I know I really needed to have omega oils in my diet, but when I bought Cod Liver Oil tablets, everytime I took one the after-taste of fish really upset my stomach. My son suggested I took these, and I haven't looked back. No after taste of fish, and a good supply of omega oils to help my elderly body going.

Easy to take and with a much milder smell and taste compared with fish oil. And it’s vegan! I take it a bit before bed and haven’t experienced any stomach upset. It gets a little sticky in the bottle but not enough to be a problem.

Love that there's a replacement for Omega 3s. As a vegan, can't exactly justify fish oil. So many supplements that I didn't realize have animal products! This is wonderful ❤️
