I saw this for a sale and the price was competitive to what I could buy it at Walmart (cheapest place I can find these) and I didn't want to go to the store. It was perfect for me to try out rapid rise yeast for the first time. Now that I like how they work, I bought a 1 lb bag from another brand. These were fresh, poofed my breads exactly as they should, and was easy to use. I don't know if I'll ever go back to using active dry yeast again.

This is the best and only yeast I use. Consistently reliable, fact acting, and the price is right. Use it for bread, cinnamon rolls, and bagels.

I can make delicious Pizza dough. Baking soft rolled foccacia for breakfast is very easy now. The yeast is very fresh and fast acting so using yeast dough is very easy and convenient. No need to "bloom" it. just mix right in with flour.
