The NBCP Wired PS5 Controller is a great budget-friendly gaming controller that punches above its weight. It offers responsive dual vibration feedback, comfortable ergonomics, and broad compatibility with PS5, PS4, and PC — making it versatile for different setups. Many users praise its Hall-effect triggers and reliable wired connection for zero input lag, and the built-in 3.5 mm audio jack adds convenience for headsets. For the price, it delivers solid performance and feels surprisingly well-made, making it a worthy alternative to more expensive controllers. 

I was curious about this controller since it is wired and was supposedly working on the ps5 with ps5 games. To my surprise it worked with the ps5 along with it working while playing ps5 games. The controller pretty much feels decently built, the buttons feel pretty good it not clicky but also not very mushy, it feels similar to the ps5 controller's buttons. The shape though is more like the xbox controller feel. The analogue sticks feel very light to move around. At the price I bought it for around $40ish it's not too bad compared to some other aftermarket wireless controllers for the ps5 I have tried. The cable is also very long, it's about a 10ft cable so plenty of length for gaming comfortably.

Controller started out by working great but constantly disconnects from the PS5. I have to unplug it to get it to start working again.

I bought this as an alternative to the PS5 controller for my PC. Had some problems with the PS5 controller. Nothing really wrong with the controller except for the fundamental flaw they all have with the wiggly USB-C connector PORT. If not for that, I would still be using the PS5 controller. Saw this and gave it a shot. It's alright. 4/5 stars. The NBCP controller is noticeably smaller in dimensions compared to other devices that are otherwise standard. It is slightly more cramped feeling and you do lose some comfortability on the bumper buttons. But still useable. I have not used this long enough to give a more verifiable stance on whether it makes a solid alternative or not. But the dedicated USB cable is already proven better than the fidgety wiggling of the PS5 controller. One day I will make personal repairs to the PS5 controller and solve that wiggle problem myself. But until that day comes, this NBCP controller will have to do. The RGB light options are fun, but unnecessary. The Turbo function is not exactly true turbo utility. It does not attempt to do commands at a rapid fire-level. Acts more as an auto-clicker instead. But still, automation is what it is and is still overall utilitarian than not having it. But one thing to keep in mind about the turbo function is that it may also face software limitations of what the game will permit for input rate. So that may just be what I have faced so far. I would have to try and test it on another game and see if it attempts to do inhuman levels of rapid inputs.

Was looking for a cheaper alternative on a controller because the official ones keep developing drift in under six months. Pros: Solid feel in your hands. It's not flimsy with the usual rattle of some loose chunk of plastic typically associated with third party controllers. It's corded, so there's no need to worry about losing connection or charging. Analog sticks feel smooth when used with minimal dead zones. Can still be used to turn on the console if it's in sleep mode. A big plus for being a corded controller is the ability to use a wired headset. Cons: The controller light is rather bright and is prismatic, which can be a little distracting in darker environments. The little pamphlet included gives instructions on how to adjust it, but the way they describe doesn't seem to work. The D-pad is a little "squishy" but not to the point that it majorly impacts performance. Summary: Definitely recommend if you're looking for a reasonably priced controller.* *I'll revist things after six months in the case that the sticks develop drift since that's been the usual time frame that it occurs in other controllers for me.

Working as intended. Feels very good to hold and all buttons feel smooth and respond just like the legit version of the dual sense. Could do without the RGB but its neat to see, I guess. The touch pad works perfectly, was a little iffy about this feature on a third party controller but it gets the job done. Overall, I had doubts about it and I hear the cable wears off because of the weight of it and will expose the wires but just reinforce it and it'll be fine. Don't have gorilla hands and take care of your electronics and this will be a fine budget friendly alternative to a dual sense until you can replace it. Can't say anything about stick drift but I expect it within a few months. If it lasts longer than that, I'd be very surprised. I recommend this.

Got this controller and well at least it's a controller and works on the ps5 and the mic plugged tru the remote works. Bought this on 2/28 and on 3/4 the RBG broke to which I don't really care I've tried to unplug and plug it back in and nothing. Takes 5-10 seconds for the the controller to connect to the console. This controller dose not have hall effects on the sticks only on the triggers. Tried the turbo trigger/auto thing it's a bit confusing but you press the turbo button then the button you want to turbo/auto use like if you fire with R2 then it shoots if you hold it works well with semiautomatic weapons in games but the issue is have is I can't turn it off unless I unplug it from the console.

the cord is long enough to sit away from the tv when playing and once you get used to the button layout ( its not drastically different.. it just feels a bit odd) they are excellent with the PS5

Me surpreendeu! Funciona perfeitamente no PS5, "plug and play", reconhecimento instantâneo! Esperava bem menos, porém realmente fiquei surpreso, analógicos magnéticos precisos e sem o maldito drift! Gatilhos mto bons, bom tamanho do fio usb (3m), o único contra era o excesso de luzes.. mas é só ler o manual, tem um comando q pode mudar as cores, intensidade da luz ou como eu fiz.. DESATIVAR! KKK (Sem necessidade de instalar programa no PC). ótimo custo benefício!

Controle muito meia boca, o alto falante do controle nao sai som, ou seja, é inútil. Os gatilhos de tras são muito ruins e não vibram, o que te faz perder um dos grandes diferenciais do controle do ps 5. Basicamente, só comprem se estiver menos de 100 reais.
