The band of the cap I like but the upper portion is way to big it looks like a chef's hat is what I was told by others and I would have to agree. This allows it to drop down to far.

My daughter is an architectural fabricator and the one she had was filthy to the point if no return. She was pumped. Said it was comfortable, has enough stretch to fit her large head, good value for the money and she liked the weight of it, so overall a great performance hat where it counts
