I love this item to refresh my skin. I use it once every two weeks and mix it even parts apple cider vinegar and clay with enough water to get to a consistency where I can paint it on my face. I leave it on until it dries then rinse to vibrant fresh skin. I’ll use my favorite face oil and hydrate before bed. In the morning I glow!Hope this helps. I think it’s a fabulous skincare product.

I use it to detox my hair. I like that it make my hair feel super clean and manageable. I also use it for my hair face.

Great product to use with water or vinegar for a facemask or use it with other ingredients to do your own DIY masks.I love adding it to my homemade scrubs, coffee, sugar, or salt. Then I used two and a little bit of nontoxic soap.

I use this for my family. We use it with Epsom salt for a detox bath and sometimes as a mask. A little goes a long way.

The mask to make is a mixture of this clay with apple cider vinegar. It gives a tingling to your face to stimulate circulation. But I also drink a teaspoon of this mixed with a cup water. It is very cleansing to your system removing impurities. This statement has not been proven by the FDA (figured I throw that in so noone gets in trouble by me writing that).
