Writing I am extremely disappointed with my experience shopping on Amazon. The delivery was very late, the product quality was far below what was shown in the pictures, and customer service was not helpful at all when I tried to resolve the issue. I trusted Amazon because of its reputation, but this time the service was careless and frustrating. The packaging was damaged, the item was not working properly, and the response from support felt automatic with no real solution provided. Because of this bad experience, I am losing trust in Amazon and I hope they improve their quality control, delivery service, and customer support so other customers do not face the same problem I did.
