Good for nails and skin as observed practically.Suggest that one can take this safely on alternate days till you see recovery of the ailment for which you have purchased the capsule.

Working Good. Small bumps over eye lids and skin are getting reduced. We have use for more time to cure them totally. Along with them we used kanchanar guggulu and gandhak rasayan.
