Magtein, also known as Magnesium L-Threonate, is a specialized form of magnesium that is particularly effective in supporting brain health and cognitive function. This product is using the trade-marked formula and so far I'm having a good experience with it, at least on the relaxation and sleep side. The only downside is that it requires taking 4 capsules, while many other brands provide the same formula and mg but at 3 capsules (1 capsule different doesn't sound like much but if you're talking many supplements, each extra one will make a difference). It's priced in par with most magtein supplements.
