Incomplete
I don't like this book (although I did try, very hard). The author is clearly a "big name" in the field of management research. However, the way how knowledge is presented and organized in the book brings me a lot of troubles trying to get the main points. While the author (tries to?) includes many valuable insights from academic research, he does not either organize it very logically or explain it thoroughly. Hence, I always have the feeling of "something is missing" in the text. It's like a table full of dishes but each of them is hard to digest.
