Great for a motorcycle backpack.
I bought this mainly because I don't have storage on my motorcycle and the bag I had before was too small for everything I needed. This bag works perfectly for me. With the bag fully loaded the straps don't come loose. I was worried the magnetic latch for the top opening would fling open at high speeds (80+ mph) but that hasn't happened yet either. Can't say much for the speed demons that like to go 200mph+ but anything within "reasonable" highway speeds and you're good to go. All in all, if you're looking for a high quality backpack that can stand up to high speeds, has lots of room and can carry full, heavy loads, this is definitely one to consider. I'd say if you're just going to get this for an every day carry I feel the price is way too high. But for my use case it's exactly what I need.

The Perfect Backpack
I've owned a lot of backpacks for traveling over the years, but none come close to what Peak has achieved in this pack. Whether I'm using this for a quick commute into the office or for an overseas trip, this backpack does it all. I have no problem putting one or two laptops into the designated laptop compartment, which keeps them secure. The internal compartments are one of those "how did I ever live without this?" features, and the side-loading doors mean that I can easily get to things at the bottom of the packing without having to go "arm fishing." The magnetic strap holders are also brilliant. Unless this pack physically wears out or breaks, this is the backpack I'll be carrying henceforth.

Life Changing
The Peak Design Everyday Backpack 30L is an absolute masterpiece for photographers and commuters alike! Its sleek, weather-resistant design looks stunning and feels incredibly durable, while the innovative MagLatch closure and customizable FlexFold dividers make organizing gear a breeze. The side-access pockets are a game-changer for quick camera or laptop retrieval, and the padded straps ensure all-day comfort, even when fully loaded. With thoughtful details like expandable pockets and a luggage pass-through, this backpack is versatile, stylish, and worth every penny—a must-have for anyone on the go!

Top notch quality and design
It is a great design and very practical for daily use. Top notch quality and many thoughtful design with magnet 🧲 pockets. However…I believe the item I’ve received is not brand new because I found an airlines eye mask on the side pocket.

Very good, maybe the best, but better materials would make it even better
I love the aesthetics and the side-access design. I love the flexible internal compartment structure panels. I love that it feels water resistant (certainly not waterproof, though). I also love the detail with the zipper--genius to have it open from either side, regardless of how you closed it. Frankly, everyone should do it that way. I also like that the straps are magnetic and tuck away nicely. I love less: 1. that the straps are not very comfortable. If you're wearing this backpack for hours on end, I think you'll be unhappy. The Wandrd Prvke line is more comfortable for longer-term wear. 2. that the outer shell material quality feels a bit cheap; maybe the X-Pac version feels more durable.

Top Quality Backpack
I bought this backpack before my trip to Hawaii. I find it sturdy and resourceful. I like the magnetic latches. A lot of my hiking with this backpack on this trip was through airports. Taking it on and off of my back was easier than other backpacks. Another thing I like is that I could sit the backpack on the floor and it remains upright on its own. The top compartment is expandable and that was really useful to me for packing extras into the backpack for the day. I packed my R5 MKII body, a 50mm, 20mm and a 70-200mm in it. That makes for a hefty kit. This backpack took it in stride. It seems of excellent quality and construction and I expect many years of service with this backpack.

Superb Travel Backpack
I really like this backpack to travel with. It easily fit my laptop and iPad with chargers, toiletries, change of clothes, meds, traveling office items. It is easy to carry everything using the top strap or over the shoulders like a normal backpack. It is water resistant and a beautiful piece of luggage — I had several strangers commenting on how they liked the look of the backpack or asking how I liked it.

High quality would definitely recommend!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was looking for a backpack that could be used both every day but also as a camera bag. I needed a bag that was bigger than the Kayden that I was currently carrying, but also was functional. I looked at numerous backpacks. I’m a small stature guy, and a lot of the backpacks look extremely big on me. I chose this backpack because not only was an expandable, but it also was very small and so it didn’t look overly large and still allowed me to fit everything that I needed to fit in it. The most important thing for me when it came to my camera accessories of that it allowed me to fit two camera bodies as well as three lenses which most backpacks do not allow you to fit. So this allowed me to fit both my 20 mm lens my 50 mm lens as well as my 70 to 300 mm lens. On top of that I was able to fit several battery packs a container for my memory cards, a poncho and numerous other things to protect not only my camera equipment, but even myself to include a winter coat a winter hat, and lots of other storage in there. I couldn’t have asked for a better backpack and is a fan of peak design. Everybody knows that they make great products.

The look, design and flexibility that the Peak Design Everyday backpack is the best i've ever experienced. I spent an inordinate amount of time researching backpack options before settling on this one after a fair amount of positive reviews. I love the maglatch system and the flexible strap adjustment mechanism is one of the easiest and most convenient systems I've had the pleasure of experiencing. The side zippers, interior partitioning system numerous pockets all satisfy the organizational bug in me and I am very happy with the options provided.

I went on this company's website to see how long it would take them to deliver, (they would have taken a week or two probably), but Amazon could deliver it next-day, for no extra cost! (It is still expensive though). It is a very nice blue colour, and holds up well in the rain. The straps are comfortable (and magnetically hold onto the back of the bag), and I haven't seen any signs of wear yet. It can fit a fair amount of stuff in, and the optional velcro dividers are VERY clingy, so it can be hard to move these around quickly! It is a rigid shape ideal for wearing to work, and it has quite a unique fastening mechanism that is hard to describe. I first found out about it because it is the brand of rucksack that tech youtuber MKBHD uses.

I've been a long time Peak Design user. I've used the 20 Litre everyday backpack for quite a few years now and found myself wanting a bit more space as my kit has grown. For reference I have a XS20 and an X100T that I like to carry with me along with 3-4 lenses when I travel. The Everyday backpack V2 is at this point a fairly old and well known design. If you own the 20 litre version, this is the same thing but bigger. You get a noticeable amount of additional space in the top free loading compartment compared to the 20 litre: it's wider and a bit taller. This means you have more room for personal items like a jacket or snacks. The camera portion is also a bit bigger as well. I do still need to push down one of the dividers if my XS20 has a longer lens on it to accommodate this, but otherwise the additional space gives my lenses a bit more breathing room when travelling which is nice, so they're not super cramped together. At the same time, its not so loose that things are bouncing around. Speaking to the Coyote color way, this actually uses a different material from the other color options. This uses a recycled X-PAC material which is more sustainable compared to standard X-PAC. It's more weather resistant and durable compared to the materials used on the other Everyday backpack color ways. I did find it a bit noisier compared to my 20L in midnight blue, but not to any degree that's bothersome. The brown color looks really great in person. While it is still different from the original Tan color bag PD once had, it feels like a worthy successor. I think my biggest gripe with this and the reason this is a 4 rather than 5 star bag is the comfort. When fully loaded out, this just isn't that comfortable to wear on the back, as there isn't much support in the back panel of the bag. Beyond that, there isn't much air flow either so I often end up with sweat marks on my back when using this for long periods of time. If you want a bag mainly for commuting and won't load this up too much, this is a great looking bag that will organize your gear well. If you want something a bit more comfortable even with heavier loads for hiking or travel, you may want to look into something different.
