Works well. Better than the stock bluetooth on my computer. Bluetooth connection range is great.

I got this as a temporary fix for my built PC not having Bluetooth. While using this, it functioned properly, mainly needed it for phone link on windows 11 and dynamic lock. My phone connected with ease and I had zero issues. Setup was simple, plugged it in and it worked. I used it for a few weeks till I finally decided to buy a BT/Wifi module to add to my PC. Was gonna repurpose this to use with Home Assistance, come to find out...this isn't compatible with HA.

worked well, easy plug n play on windows10, thimble size, and has fairly strong range. It solve my use case of no longer needing to by an overpriced motherboard with wifi included now.

This adapter can come in very handy if you need bluetooth on your pc and don't have the ability it connected easily and out of the box I have had it connected for some time and bluetooth devices connected to it have been just fine

Literally first ever UGreen product that disappointed me. I've bought it for DualSense controller. And it works, no issues. Until you make some testings. And find out, that it actually adds a HUGE input delay. We are talking about 20-30ms overhead delay just because you use this dongle from UGreen. Why? Idk. I've had an old CSR 4.0 Dongle that I've purchased few years ago from aliexpress. And the reason I purchased this one from UGreen, is actually I though it will reduce latency even more (well, cuz it's somewhat premium?) And the result is vice-versa :/ With that old dongle I had like 3-4ms of delay. And with this new one is about 20-30ms. So keep that in mind. Oh and by the way. I've done all the tests with Polling Rate Tester from GamePadla.

Bought a newer and better gaming pc with windows 11 to upgrade from my prior rtx 2060 windows 10 build recently. I later noticed that this newer computer came with an awful outdated bluetooth version that was useless in getting my wireless controllers (ps5 and xbox series x) to function. Thankfully, I bought this product and it's saved my build - I am now able to play my controllers wirelessly without constant disconnects before buying this dongle. I will admit, I did have to read the small instructions booklet to be able to consistently make this work on my pc: there's a process of having to disable your default bluetooth drivers (don't worry, they'll come back the next time you boot up...) so the dongle's bluetooth takes precedence. All in all, it's a solid piece of machinery that makes my life a lot easier due to its newer bt technologies.

used this to upgrade to 5G it works great. The driver is right on the stick so it connected fine.

Audio sync is an issue I've had that plagued me for many years. I picked up the 5.4 because of its ability to improve audio sync on video. I tried a couple other USB 5.4 from other companies but none worked. The UGreen one was pretty well flawless. Plug and play and managed to sync audio video on a mini PC that only had bt5.2 and didn't help with other adaptors.

This adapter has worked well for adding Bluetooth to a Windows desktop and connecting a few wireless accessories at once. It stays out of the way thanks to its small size, and pairing a keyboard, mouse, and headphones has been simple and stable so far.
