Very light weight, has a great grip (my house has tiles and it grips strongly on the floor), very safe for young ones too. Very compact size, easy to carry and keep. Very useful, it made my crunches easy and I don't need anyone else to hold me so I can do my crunches properly. It has height adjusting feature too, so that you can adjust accordingly to your liking. The cushioning is perfect doesn't put strain on my feet. Value for money great product.
