I'm an equestrian so I spend a lot of time in the barn or in the saddle and since I don't keep my phone with me I need a durable watch with easy-to-read numbers. The US Polo watches seem to last a bit longer than other watches and I've owned several over the years. Would recommend.

Gift for husband he likes not too big

This watch was recently reduced, so I decided to add it to my collection. Realize that though it's an homage to the classic 'Russian diver' watch other companies produce, this is NOT water resistant in any way. Though US Polo has at least one model that is claimed to be water resistant on a product listing descriptions. If you think you're going to get any of their non-resistant models wet, please do yourself a favor and just buy a second one, as you will most certainly drown the first copy! This one arrived in the usual US Polo leather-looking presentation box and it had protective clear seals on the crystal and back. It is a large model and sure to impress other guys who like the homage look, and if your taste goes to the clamp-down look of the cable around the edge of the crystal. This is definitely unique for such a reasonable and low price, and if you don't wear it out, you'll always get a kick out of wearing occasionally. Always store it it's box or a nice glass-top case when not in use and it will be nice for a long time. If you buy a watch tool kit and a watch press (also from Amazon), you can change your own batteries easily without braking the watch or risking that a nervous clerk at a big box store will do so either. There aren't that many jewelers nearby these days and, they will charge the equivalent of the replacement cost of the watch plus a good battery. I hope my fair and honest (uncompensated) review will help others in their watch buying decisions. Try it, you'll enjoy it!

The watch is exactly as described except I open the box and go to get it out the pin in the bandwas not secure at all came right apart not a huge issue gonna take to a jeeler to have them replace the pin but would havr been nice to wear it for a lil while befor ehaving to get it worked on other than that couple scratches onn the glass but no other damage and product is very nice just those two setbacks

I got it for my father in law, he wore it for two days, second day it was so humid, the watch made water vapor inside of it, and it did not go!!! I had to buy my FIL another watch… the good thing Amazon accept me to returning for a full refund…
