Love this little ( but not too little) grinder
Perfect compact size grinder for people who want to use fresh beans every time without using a big, loud, high capacity machine. It’s quiet enough to use early morning for my pour over coffee and doesn’t make a huge mess. It’s easy to wipe clean too. I took the manufacturer’s advice and did a light spritz of water on the beans before grinding and it eliminated the static problem that all these machines seem to have. They even provide a tiny, little spray bottle for the purpose. The grinder itself feels well made, heavy duty even. All the parts fit together well and the grind settings function gives a wide array of choices from fine to coarse. I’m happy with my OXO grinder. Take time to read the user manual because someone took the time to write it for us and it would be inconsiderate not to, but seriously, good tips on grind consistency, how to clean it and operating functions in there.

Small but mighty!
I seldom leave reviews on things. This is the quietest coffee grinder ever. It’s the perfect size for a small drip coffee maker (4-8 cup), and would be good for anybody in a small apartment or RV. It seems to work the same as any other full size grinders the grind quality is good and it produces consistent grounds. At $80 it’s mildly more expensive than a hand grinder but it’s cheaper than most other conical burr grinders.

Great Grinder - A Little Messy - Overall No Regrets
What I love about this grinder: Easy to dial grind size: the grind is extraordinarily consistent, and I have dialed in the perfect grain size for my Chemex pour-over. Quiet: this may be the quietest coffee grinder I have ever used. I don't think it's efficiently possible to make a grinder silent, but this one is significantly quieter than grinders I have used in the past. What I don't like: Very hard to clean. This grinder has sort of an awkward setup, after removing the grinder to access the ground coffee, grind residue is left clinging to the grinder component. Because of how you must disassemble the grinder, it is very hard to not get coffee grinds on the counter or other surfaces. It's a small sacrifice to pay for an otherwise quality product. I have no regrets on the purchase, but think it could use some work on design to mitigate grind mess.

Easy to use and my coffee taste great!
Works great! I’ve wanted a coffee grinder with a conical burr for quite some time now. I use it to grind my coffee for my French press, and I think my coffee taste noticeably better than it did when I used my old bladed coffee grinder. I should have bought one of these sooner, it’s worth the money if you’re going to drink coffee every day. Easy to use and easy to clean. Highly recommended!

Fast, Powerful, and Rugged - A Quick and Perfect Grind Every Time!
Easy to handle, mechanically simple, and rugged: A big 0.58A/70W motor, and a burr assembly that's solid and hefty; I can't imagine anything could ever break it. The lower half of it quick-disconnects and drops out of the hopper with a simple twist, for fast and easy maintenance and cleaning with a compressed air gun (hand-held electric recommended). If you like a fine espresso powder grind, you have five grind levels to choose from. I chose #3; #1 and #2 are finer (not by much), but they grind so slow, the motor times out in 40 seconds, to prevent overheating/burnout. For a coarser grind, you'll find something between #6 - #15. Either way, it's a perfect grind with no chips or slivers. I removed the finger guard; it's probably there for legal reasons, but it slows down the beans feeding down into the burr assembly. I can't imagine anyone being dumb enough to put a finger in it - it would chop your fingertip off in a hearbeat if it was running! Just pour in the beans, and put the rubber lid on to contain them. The pouring spout on the grounds bin is handy, but it's too wide to fill a Keurig reusable pod basket without spilling the grounds. It's easier to leave the bin attached to the grinder base, and use a baby spoon to scoop out the grounds, with the spout removed and out of the way. Finally, storage is easy. It's rather tall, but it has a small footprint.

Great grinder….if you spritz the dry beans
I bought this to replace a 30 yr old Krups electric blade grinder. I wanted to upgrade to a burr grinder. I started to write the following - “As many have already said, this grinder is so poorly designed for the users experience; it makes a total mess every morning I use it. You can’t get the ground coffee out without getting grounds all over the counter I give it 1 star because I can’t give it 0.” I came back to update that. I did some research and found that the issue I was having was due to static created by using dry coffee beans. I solved this! I measure the beans into a little bowl, give them a light spritz of water. No more mess. Too bad they don’t have this info in the instructions. But it completely solved the problem and not only that, the quality of the brew is now superb.

Was used and dirty but seems to work well griding beans.
The product was used instead of new. There was still some coffee dust in the hopper and the spritzer bottle was removed from its plastic seal. The grinder does seem to work well. I grinded enough coffee beans to make 4 cups of coffee for in the morning.

Excellent coffee grinder! Despite that is made in China, works very well. I was looking for a compact electric burr grinder, and after so much research, this is the smallest one and reliable I fund. Of course, the ones made in Europe are much more effective, but for household use, it works fantastic. Coffee ground settings from very tiny (for espresso) or very corse for regular coffee drip machine and french press. Easy to store in a deep drawer. Remember that the quality of the coffee beans you use is very important!
