I take this at night and I wake up with so much energy. Caution, if you take in the morning, you will have energy when you want to go to sleep. I love this product so much!! It’s not an overnight fix, took about 3 weeks to get full effects. When you first start you may get bloating and other detox symptoms. However, those pass. It’s worth it to get the junk out of you and on your way to feeling better.

This products makes me feel good and I haven’t been sick and or had a cold or anything.

So I got these about a week ago and took 2 capsules (per the directions) after I ate breakfast. It took roughly about 45 mins before I noticed it kicked in and something was wrong. I was way too fidgety, stuck staring at my computer screen (barely getting work done on time) I started sweating (not too bad though). I start work at 8:30am and by the time 2/3pm came, I was dozing off 😭🤦🏽‍♀️😂 I couldn’t keep my eyes open. Luckily, I made it to the end of the day (5pm), went home and went straight to sleep lol. The next day I didn’t take any pills at all. The day after I just took 1 pill, instead of 2. Now that was a way better balance! Gave me just enough energy I needed for the day and I wasn’t dead to the world when 2pm came around lol. If you guys decide to buy them and it does you like it did me, try 1 pill a day instead of 2. Definitely feel a difference. It's not a magic pill or anything, you gotta be taking it for a bit. It gives you a boost in energy and I did realize my skin handling itself better. Very effective, never got an upset stomach. Great value for money.

I have been buying these for the last few years. Every once in a while I may stop taking them for months at a time, but I always reorder them. They usually start to really kick in after about a month for me. I noticed I have a higher sex drive when I take them consistently. Idk which ingredient supports that , but it’s the one thing I notice when taking them consistently. I take 2 tablets every morning with water and I do feel healthier in my body(as in I don’t feel bloated, extreme exhaustion etc). I still get sick from time to time like anyone else but it doesn’t seem as bad. These have been the only vitamins i actually stick with.
