Perceive by Avon is a beautifully balanced fragrance in a crystal-like bottle with a soft lavender hue and unique spray releases two bursts with one press, adding a touch of refined sophistication.. Perceive by Avon is more than a fragrance, it’s a memory captured in a bottle. I still remember choosing it with my dad on a crisp late fall day in 2002, the snow outside and the cold air making every scent feel alive. Fresh, crisp, and slightly aquatic at first, it opens with yellow freesia, white pepper, and pear, then develops a heart of carnation, damask plum, and ylang-ylang, which gives a subtle retro character that some modern noses might notice. The base of musk, sandalwood, cedar, and vanilla orchid is smooth, comforting, and slightly powdery, completing a soft, elegant finish. The bottle is as special as the scent inside. Rediscovering Perceive after years is like traveling back in time, it’s timeless, nostalgic, and unforgettable. I feel so lucky I have finally found it after many years of searching.

Gives me a headache
Gives me a headache. I wear so many perfumes, I'm not sure why this one gives me a headache? It doesn't smell that great either, kind of cheap.

Not impressed
I will not purchase this again, the smell is over powering and reminds me of old lady perfume. Just not for me. Also sprays out in a stream like fashion rather than a mist and I don’t like that.
