This product seems to do a good job of combining vitamins and minerals that I need to support muscle growth in my workouts. There is no stomach upset or other side effects that might concern someone. The flavor is good also. Seems like the best combo and value that I have found

I love this stuff I drink every morning. It’s just dissolves really easily into the water and has a good flavor. It leaves me feeling really good and if I have worked out that morning, I feel like I recover well.

LOVE the orange flavor! Tastes so delicious! Feels clean and light. I don’t think it needs to be mixed with anything, the flavor is perfect. Dissolves easy, no grit, no aftertaste, great quality, amazing nutrients and perfect size! Definitely great price for the amount of product you get !

I have been using this product for about a year. I drink it when I am not having a protein shake with creatine added. It’s a decent alternative. I put it in a shaker bottle and it dissolves well, but does require regular shaking while you drink it because there is some settling to the bottom. The flavor is ok, not great - but not overly sweetened with artificial sweeteners. I keep buying it because it’s the best one I have found that has multiple different supplements included for the price and taste.

I have been taking this for the past 3 months and my husband recently said “your butt is growing”. Even when I don’t workout, I will still take my daily dose. I usually pour the powder in my mouth and chug with water. It’s a bit more sour/ tangy that way but I like to just get it over and done with. If taking mixed in water, it has a fruity tropical taste to me.

This works and doesn't taste bad. I did try it a few different ways and the absolute best way I found was with an electrolyte drink. My preference is body armour lyte peach mango. I take a drink out of the bottle, pour my scoop of creatine in shake it up and pour over ice. It's AMAZING. It taste delicious this way, and gives me more energy & hydration. Fabulous ❤️ I have started doing this before a workout instead of taking a pre-workout. While I don't have that crazy rush like with a pre-workout, I have sustainable energy and feel great after my workout.

The taste is good, but it has a chalky texture. I only put a 3 star bc it contains iron in this but I haven’t found anywhere on the label for others to know they should take this with orange juice or a vitamin C enhanced drink or food to help with absorption otherwise this will make your stomach upset!

I bought this for muscle retention and as an aid for my weight loss journey, but I found an even greater benefit. 1. I have Crohn’s disease; I’ve been taking the standard 5g scoop daily for a week, and have had the most normal bowel movements I’ve had in over 15 years. Not exaggerating. 2. I have horrendous monthly cycles with cramps that keep me in bed, crying. I have to take multiple pain relievers and tranexamic acid every cycle or I’ll be miserable. I’m currently on day 3 of my cycle and have had zero cramps after drinking this the past 7 days. Amazing. I can’t comment on the muscle retention, mental clarity, etc that creatine is known for yet because it’s only been a week. I have noticed some of the bloating and water retention but that could also be because of my cycle. But this review is for any Crohn’s/IBS girlies or women with bad periods. This will now be on my subscribe list every month.
