Bought this for our son and he has been using it everyday. Adjusting the resistance is super easy and the quality overall feels great. Sure you can spend a ton of money on this stuff but we are very happy with the quality and durability. For us, starting low around 15lbs was key for our son and his physical therapy. He also likes using the device for individual fingers, not that he plays guitar but what he has gone through has left one of his hands very weak and these are helping build his strength. Thank you

Great grip strength kit for the price. The adjustable gripper feels sturdy and the digital counter is useful for tracking reps. I like that it includes multiple tools to work different parts of the hand and forearm. Good quality and easy to use. Definitely recommend if you want to improve grip strength.

Really great I need to strengthen the muscles and tendons and blood vessels in my hand to help me combat Reynold's syndrome (pain from cold and/or vibrating equipment) This has really good quality for the price and lots of exercises

The little football extensor deal broke after a few uses. Other than that it’s a pretty decent product for the price.
