I struggle to elude to many issues and get up at least twice or three times to tinkle.. I took one pill, the first night, I woke up once, not multiple times. Second night, slept five hrs straight . Third night, six ours later, I woke up with so much energy, I had not had in years. Not sure if this is why, but it sure felt great to function at work. Will be 60 in three months. Literally first tim in twenty years that I slept six hours without walking up.

These work well. I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep at night. They have helped me relax more and stay asleep through the night.

My husband and I take these every night and sleep so well! No grogginess or anything weird, I used to have strange dreams on our supplements so this has been great! It’s a little hard to go down my throat which is strange I have to drink a lot of water & don’t ever have trouble will taking pills but my husband says he doesn’t have that problem with these so idk. Overall we have them on a recurring subscription and I’ve got my mom taking them as well as she used to get stomached with another brand she was taking.

It's a good product, but I've tried a competitive magnesium glycinate and had similar if not even slightly better results. Would still recommend and buy this one. It's just a bit more expensive than the other one.

This magnesium glycinate supplement has been a good addition to my routine. It’s gentle on the stomach and easy to absorb compared to some other forms of magnesium. The capsules are easy to take and the quality seems good. A reliable magnesium supplement.

Bought this for sleep. I did not see much improv month in my sleep pattern but thrn im just typical person that things work on.

Love this!! It works great. If I'm overtired or achy I'll take one before bed. I completely relax and sleep well!!
