Great part
Had some issues with the Dizzy in my Silverado. After doing some research I found that the price of this distributor is a better value then replacing the components in the distributor. New one came in a few days, I swapped it out with my old one and reset timing and the truck is running great. All for less then $50.00. Id call that a win any day of the week.

Direct replacement - works perfectly
Installed in a Crusader 454 marine engine. All electronics worked as expected. Longevity is yet to be determined, but there were no issues with installation or initial performance. I did replace the cap/rotor with Sierra, but not because there was anything wrong with what came with the distributor, just to keep the ignition chain 100% marine for safety purposes.

The deliveries should not be half opened or torn open it should be stopped this happens a lot.
This product was at a great price and looks very good quality I have not installed it yet but after looking it over I have confidence it will be good. The only complanit I have is the delivery box was opened at one end of the box and for some odd reason I receive quite a bit of my deliveries has been tampered with and it should be stopped.

Module went out after return date, road side fix cost a little.

Reliability issues
I bought this last year for a replacement, after 6 months being used sparingly twice a week , it started acting up missing a little…finally missing completely stalling dead in traffic at a red light. It would start up , but cut in and out at any given time. I replaced plug wires, new delco, new delco coil, new delco module. Finally bought a new one local from auto parts store with lifetime warranty. Fixed….talk about the long way around! I’ve learned my lesson on this one.

Needed a quick drop in replacement for a 502 marine motor worked perfectly for roughly the same price as a cap and rotor from marine store, it also had all brass contacts!

Looks like original OEM Part. Can't beat the price since you would pay that much to replace the spark Module.

Fit well, good quality, quick delivery the only thing that I found where two of the wires were too long (easy fix)

Plug and play real easy

Dropped in and runs fine. The one I received wasn't nicely machined on the shaft area of the casting, but it's not a big deal. The price was right and I'm back up and running again!
