Great intro-oven! Love it
Update 2022: This oven continues to pump out great pizza, dependable use over a year now (using it every damn week!). I'd only made thin crust pizzas until recently, onto pan-pizzas now. The oven works great on pans, having a 3" high front opening (15" wide). I'm using a Lloyd 14x14" pan to create a Detroit-style pizza ... awesome bake but using the gas burners on low. Still love it, recommended it to friends & family. 2021 Review: Making home pizzas during covid was a blast in learning the craft. This oven takes to to a higher level at a very reasonable cost. The oven easily assembles and gets extremely hot (over the listed 850 on high). The oven will take a 14" pizza screen and is easy to rotate pizza for even baking. Mine cook in about 3-4 minutes, Neapolitan style, creating a very crispy crust. Easy to learn the timing on this oven, after scorching the first pizza because it cooks so quickly. Raw sausage cooks on top of pizza in 3 minutes. Pro's: Travel's easily, separating into 2 pieces plus tank. Drip pan catches crumbs. Oven does not heat up table underneath it (can use on a Costco resin table). Max temp in about 20 minutes for warming up. Con's: Heat out the back of the oven, must keep it away from walls about 12" plus. Highly recommended.

Amazing Pizzas at an Amazing Price!
The Bakerstone Pizza Oven is absolutely amazing for the price. This is not the one that goes on the bbq, this is a standalone unit with its own heating element. It heats up to an extremely high temperature. I have measured temperatures above 900 degrees. It has two heating elements that can be controlled independently. I also live in the tropics, so cold weather would affect it a bit. The fastest thin crust Pizza took less than 2 minutes at full heat. Now, we all want that leaparding on top of our pizzas without burning the bottom. Since theres no direct flame, you can get this, but, I adjusted the heat the the central element to bring the heat down a little on the bottom central stone to abiut 650-700 degrees while keeping the outside element that heats the sides and top at full heat. This allowed me to keep the Pizza in for 30 seconds longer and get s nice leaparding on top and the bottom had nice colour. Play around with the temperatures to get the right temperature for you. It's build really well, doesn't take too much to install the stones and as a bonus, you can get/purchase a griddle and grill if you want to do burgers, pancakes etc. Its built really well and looks really good. A HUGE step up from pizzas in the oven. If you love making pizza, this one is for you!

Great product. ONE YEAR UPDATE
OVER ONE YEAR LATER: STILL DOING GREAT!! SEE BELOW:Didn't really know what to expect. Wanted to try making pizza at home. Chose this based on good reviews, price, and advice from experienced friend to not use wood burning oven due to messiness. We are VERY PLEASED with this oven. It does what it's supposed to and does it well. We were worried that the pizzas would be too small but they're fine. Be prepared to assemble completely. Well packaged and directions are good. Materials seem to be excellent quality. Pizzas cook very quickly and back of oven is hottest. Very important to turn pizza in first minute of cooking. Also very important to buy a ROUND turning peel (spatula) as it is hard to turn the pizza with a square peel. ONE YEAR FOLLOW UP: STILL GOING STRONG! Had to clean heating elements once when heating was noticeably slow, but only took less than 30 minutes. Oven needs to be cleaned after each using - takes 15-20 minutes and some good long handle scrapers. Also, buy a gas gauge, although 1 and 1/2 years, we are still on our first propane tank! Very efficient! We have enjoyed the learning process and make pizza at least every other week. A fun couples "therapy" project!

great oven and great customer service
So far, I have used my Baker Stone portable gas pizza oven a couple of times (both times making four pizzas), and the pizzas, despite my lack of experience using a pizza oven, were great. The Baker Stone pizza oven is simple to assemble and easy to use. The oven hit 600 degrees in about twenty minutes, and cooked the pizzas quickly and consistently. I accidentally broke the rear stone when I was cleaning the box and contacted Baker Stone to inquire about purchasing a replacement piece. Jo Ann at Baker Stone helped me with my issue and sent me a free replacement part since the oven was still covered by the warranty (the rear stone would have cost $20.00, by the way).

Make some awesome pizza in no time at all!
During the pandemic I took up making pizza. I created my own "redneck pizza oven" on my gas grill and kept improving and moving up with my ovens. After moving into an apartment and no longer having access to a gas grill, I picked up this Bakerstone pizza oven. I should have started with this one! Setup was simple enough, for me (I'm pretty handy and am good with tools), but it does require some assembly. I love the portability of this oven and have been able to set it up on a picnic table with great success. I was a bit hesitant about only having the open flame coming in from the rear of the oven, but this unit heats up the entire interior so evenly that I get bubbling on my toppings that I have never been able to achieve with other gas grill units. As long as you let the oven heat up sufficiently, a thin crust pizza will be perfectly cooked within about 2-2.5 min! Although it will only cook about a 13" pizza, that just happens to be the perfect size for my 250g dough balls. I'm a big fan and looking forward to cooking so many more pies on this oven.

Hoy me llegó y ya lo usamos. Funciona bastante bien. Llega a temperaturas 430C pero no de manera uniforme. Solo tienes en el caso de la.pizza rotar un par de veces y listo. Muy buena calidad. Ya con las piedras pesa bastante así que portátil no lo considero. Pero si se.piede mover si es necesario
