These are for sure thicker and tighter than a Physical therapists. More comfortable for pulling and keeping your legs in position but a bit too thick and stiff for me. I prefer the therapists bands for some things.

Great set of resistance bands of different strengths!
Well made resistance bands of different strengths. My husband and I use the lightest ones and our son loved the thickest ones. They are great to build up muscles without heavy equipment. Can take them with you when you travel. Come in a nice bag to store and stay clean.

Nice resistance bands!
These are great for my workouts at home if I don't go to the gym. I can even take them with me if I need to. Very good quality There were several different sizes and strengths. Great price and great product!

The effect is clear
The resistance of this resistance band is well-designed, so for a fitness beginner like me, I can feel the resistance without feeling overly strenuous. I have been using it consistently for some time, and I feel that all parts of my body are significantly firmer, especially the lines of my legs and buttocks, which are firmer than before.

My husband and I use these constantly. They give a decent workout in our home gym. The resistance is really good. I’ve had some that were so thin and broke, but these are thick.
