Compression Pantyhose for Women & Men, 2 Pairs 15-20mmHg Medical Graduated Compression Stockings Leggings

I’ve been wearing these black and nude compression stockings and they’re fantastic. They fit just right—tight enough to give me that supportive compression I need, but they're not to much that I dread putting them on . They're comfortable enough to wear all day. They don’t roll down or bunch up, and the open toe design is a nice bonus, it keeps my feet cool and lets me wear them with different types of shoes. If you’re looking for everyday compression stockings that balance support and comfort, these are a great choice!

Comfortable and breathable. The quality is great, the fit is pretty good through the legs and butt, but the waist runs a little tall on me, not complaining though.

I am 5’8” 205lbs. I went by the sizing chart and got the XXL closed toe black. The purpose was to wear under my scrubs for compression from my knee surgery and all the standing and walking as a therapist. Initially the fit felt good. Except the ankle area was very loose (9 inches for my ankle) my thighs measure 27inches that is why I chose the XXL. The compression felt good on my knee. BUT as I worked through my shift the hose started to slide down in the crouch area. This happened so much that I would find an empty room to pull them up. I ordered a size down XL and I will update on sliding down issue. The material of the hose has a good thick quality to them, at least in the XXL size. The compression on my knee is what I needed but the sliding down is too much. I hope the XL will have a better fit. Update: the toeless XL has a better fit and continues to give compression where needed. The second picture with my feet out is the downgraded size of XL. One note for people and their thigh measurement. My thighs are flabby with little muscle. Thus I can squeeze into the XL pantyhose.

I have recently been diagnosed with a circulation problem in my legs. They would throb and burn when I walk just a short distance. My Dr told me to get compression stockings. I tried the knee high ones, but they were uncomfortable. I wore these full length stockings today for the first time. Not only were they extremely comfortable, but I was able to shovel snow for several hours with absolutely no throbbing or burning in my legs! I'm so happy with this product!!!!

I’m giving this three stars only because the sizing guide that they offer you where you actually measure your leg means nothing apparently. I ordered a 3X based on the measurements and I need one to two sizes smaller because they are enormous. The open foot part is gaping the heel has extra fabric. I could very easily pinch all over the compression stockings, and even where it came up on my waist had a gap at the back. I returned them and I’m getting a smaller size so I will update the review once I get a pair that potentially fit properly and do what they say they do. Update: I returned the 3X and got a 2x and they are the exact same issue. There’s a gaping at the feet which is where a compression sock is supposed to be tight and there’s gapping in the ankle. These are not compression stockings. They are literally tights. I’m a nurse and I have worn compression socks and compression tights for almost 20 years and these are literally tights NOT compression stockings. I’m returning the 2X and trying a different company.

Good quality and very comfortable. Provides nice support and fits well. I’m happy with this purchase.

These are good for the price. Not super tight compression but lighter. They are pretty comfortable and I have had these a while and I have had no runs and they was well just wash cold and line dry.

Love them. Great support and compression. Great for those who need to spend long periods of time on their feet. Strong and durable material . Great value for money. Perfect recommendation for size. Fit very well under pants or leggings. Easy to put on. High waist, Warm. One of those items you want to buy again.

VERY BAD PRODUCT, JUST A SINGLE USE, AND BOTH PANTS ARE BROKEN ONLY WITH ONE TIME WEARING. TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND WILL NOT SUGGEST ANYBODY TO BUY THIS ITEM. I AM TRYING TO CONTACT AMAZON TO RETURN THE ITEM AND GET MY MONEY BACK. I CAN NOT GIVE A SINGLE STAR TO THIS PRODUCT. IF THERE IS AN OPTION FOR MINUS STARS I WILL MINUS 5 STARS FROM THE PRODUCT.

Sehr gut zu tragen. Anziehen nicht ganz so einfach, aber bei Kompressionsstrümpfen normal. Schön hoch am Bauch, passt alles rein. Für mich sehr gut geeignet und entlasten die Beine leicht. Kleiner Nachteil, ich musste die Hose an den Knien immer mal wieder hoch ziehen.
