life after you

My 12 year old son (7th grade) requested this book. It has given us an opportunity to create a homeschool lesson around poetry. I think he saw it on YouTube shorts, but he requested it and has enjoyed reading through a few. I’m more excited that he has been…but it’s lovely and well done.

i found out about this book cause i saw her on instagram first, her videos were pretty good and i liked what she would talk about. and im only on the during you chapter rn and i gotta say i really like this book, it just sits with me. reading each line and just makes me feel something. i love how it just says something intriguing, anyways save me an orange book is coming today and i can’t wait to start reading that one as well

Good read

Got this as a gift for a friend dealing with a recent breakup. I read it before giving it to her. She enjoyed it, as did I. Some of the poems deal with issues that I would hope are not part of everyone's relationships, but they're pretty well written and many connect well with common feelings one would be dealing with as they reevaluate their lives after the end of a relationship.

Life after you .....the title speaks volumes. Such a profound thought! There will always be life after you...or him...or her...or they or them.....that's is what is most important for young people to realize. Hayley has a way of reaching inside your guts as she expresses her experiences. She feels and orates emotions that most of us run from. As painful as that is at times, it is perhaps the reason her books are reaching people of all ages all over the world. Keep writing Hayley the world needs to keep hearing your truth!
