This is a great product! I love the added Vitamin D 3 No aftertaste or burping when consumed with the largest meal of the day. I take mine at the end of dinner.

If you are diligent and faithful to taking your supplements, this one is great. Due to a Thyroid disease I have that causes the eyes to protrude over time, my eyes are overexposed to the elements causing dry eye. If you can't see good you may need Restasis and or ProOmega supplements. They have helped me get back to not relying solely on my glasses. Contact lenses work best in moist eyes.

I’ve ordered many types omega 3 capsules over the years. The main problem had always been fishy burps. Yuck! This has not happened with these and what’s great is that they contain a higher amount of EPA and DHA than most products on the market.
