Beard Moisturiser

Really effective with a great smell and feel. Been using it for several years. Wish they did the 250ml bottle.

I’ve used this just once this morning and the difference is surprising. I’ve used various moisturisers, clays, beard oils to attempt to smooth my facial hair without much luck. One attempt with this stuff and it has made a significant difference to how smooth my beard is; I had expected it to take some time given the results with everything else I’ve used. With regards to the scent, it is slightly ‘off’ the moment you apply it but after ten minutes or so that goes away and you start to get the classic woody scent that most people like and it is nice and subtle yet noticeable. I suspect the initial smell is what is referenced in most of the poorer reviews but I wouldn’t let that put you off.

The product arrives in a plastic container with a pump lid that rotates to open/lock. After a few pumps the liquid begins to appear. It probably takes a couple of applications before you get the right amount for your bear length. Idea is to get enough to coat the bear, but not too much and first application I went to sparingly and second too much. You'll see other reviews talk about a clinical type of smell which is correct, but it's not overbearing (for me), however, if you are looking for a lotion/moisturiser that has a perfumed aroma this is NOT the product for you. However, if you want a product that coats your beard leaving in great condition and helping the skin underneath then this is a great choice. I'm not about 4 days in using the product and genuinely see a difference, less straggly hairs and feels more conditioned. For the price some may want all the features plus a perfumed aroma which is fair, however, for me I still use an eau de toilette and the clinical smell only last for a few minutes before it dissipates. Best product I've used for my beard and better than most beard oils I've used.

Have been using this for about 3 years and I can honestly say that nothing comes close to this, it feels great to rub in and leaves your beard moisturised without being oily. My beard is so soft, All itchiness and wiriness is gone and it smells so good! Combine this with a bristle brush to get those adventurous hairs and your beard game will be on point! Also the bottle looks great. If someone gifted me this, I would be very happy.

This is my second purchase in 3 months of this product. I have suffered in the past with dry skin under my beard which will flake and look really grim, and I've tried a lot of products to try to cure that. This is the only after washing product I've found that works, and although a little pricey, it goes a long way and is worth the money. My tip is, before washing brush your beard with a stiff bristle brush. Them wash with a good beard shampoo - I use the L'oreal one - and then towel dry, apply the moisturiser and comb/brush in gently. It works for me. Scent isn't particularly strong and it dissipates quickly, but that's not a big thing for me.

few years back i used one of those Murdock beard conditioner that I bought in their London Shop and I found the product exceptional. Then I decided to try some others products because it is an expensive product. I have to say the quality of those products, and only slightly cheaper, were not on par with Murdock Beard conditioner. This is the only product I have tried that really get rid of beard druff. Also it smells amazing and it feels good on the skin. Now I can say this product worth every penny!

Have used Mourdock beard moisturiser for years and it has always been a 5 star product. I have tried dozens of alternatives and nothing comes close. From the fragrance it leaves in your beard, to the full thicker appearance, and then even to the soft wavy feel that lasts the whole day; this product is worth every penny and if you take your beard seriously, then this is the only product to invest in.

For me personally it didnt moisturise my beard, as a mixed race half white/half African 25 year old male i like giving different products a try for my beard becouse i have very corse wiry dry hair so i like exploring different options, for me this didn't work very well, by no means am i saying its not a premium product. but for me it wasnt effective. It does have a very classy scent though.

Très bonne texture et j’adore cette odeur. Elle est juste comme il faut. Ni trop présente ni pas assez. Je le recommande vraiment.

No funciona mal como hidratante, pero el olor, aunque es algo personal, es un poco desagradable.

This is excellent stuff, leaves my medium length beard feeling soft and kempt.
