This controller works great on a switch 2, I honestly say the quality is probably better than a Xbox controller.

Got this for my Nintendo Switch 2. Had to update the firmware before use, but works perfectly and was a really good price.

Can't fault this for the money, easily as good quality as OEM controllers and have a good deal more functionality. I'll not be going back to Sony/MS/Nintendo for controllers in future.

This controller functions well. The only two things that I don't like is how cheap the shell material feels and how "smooshy" the D-pad feels, but I'll mostly be using the thumbsticks anyway, but otherwise it does just what I need for using on my Switch 2 (with an update with the 8Bitdo software downloaded on PC, plugged in to update). I also found that you can takeoff the thumb sticks and replace them!

For the price 8bitdo is charging, this puts the first-party controllers from Sony, Microsoft and even Nintendo to absolute shame. This thing's build quality is SOLID, the plastic feels great in the hands and has a nice, sturdy construction to it. You feel like you're holding an actual controller, rather than some cheap immitation of one. If you handed this to me and said "here's a new model of pro controller from Nintendo" I wouldn't doubt you for a second, this definitely lacks that uncomfortable, low-quality "here bro, you can use my OTHER controller" feel. Sticks have a nice, smooth motion to them and the buttons are crisp without feeling stiff. The back triggers emulate something more akin to a Switch pro controller's, so this might not be ideal if you're looking for smooth analog movement (e.g. for racing games) but for something like a shooter they're fantastic. my ONE complaint would be the D-pad which could be better but, honestly, it feels like no one is making truely great D-pads these days so that's more of an industry-wide problem than something that's purely specific to this controller alone. As I'm using this primarily for PC gaming and the unit doesn't ship with a bluetooth dongle I can't comment on how it performs wirelessly, but as a wired controller it does absolutely everything I need it to. Setting up gyro controls for Monster Hunter was a breeze (though that was mostly thanks to Steam's feature-rich controller support). For PC gaming, I can't recommend this controller enough. It's an absolute gem.

Won't connect to a Mac to update the firmware of the Switch2. Connects for a few seconds then disconnects.

Using this as a switch 2 pro controller and I'm really impressed with the build quality, at least as good as the wiiu pro controller, and almost as sturdy as the Xbox controller.

This updated controller for the switch is awesome. I have the previous more expensive version and bought these as my kids first quality controllers. Outstanding value for the money!

Control sumamente cómodo, se siente premium, los botones extra en los gatillos en un principio se sienten raros pero te acostumbras (no entiendo por qué no los pusieron abajo como cualquier otro control). La batería dura bastante. Los compré para usar en Switch 2, y, aunque hay que andar buscando tutoriales de como actualizar el firmware, después de hacerlo funcionan perfecto sin problema alguno. Sin problema los compraría otra vez.

Tut was es tun soll. Einige Bewertungen sagen es verbinde sich schlecht mit der switch 2. Man muss bloß die hinweise lesen und man erfährt dass man es kurz am pc updaten muss. Das verbinden am pc war bisschen anstrengend weilnes nicht erkannt wird. Ansonsten top controller und top feeling in der hand
