We got the eufy Indoor Security Camera E30 three weeks ago as a last-ditch effort to catch our dog in the act—he kept sneaking onto the kitchen counter whenever our backs were turned. Honestly, this little camera has made a world of difference for us. The biggest win for me is that it’s not subscription based. I really didn’t want to get locked into another monthly fee just for basic home monitoring, so this was a huge relief. The alerts show up on my phone almost instantly when there’s motion, and the two-way audio actually lets us tell our dog to get down right when it happens (confusion guaranteed). The camera also rotates via the app, so even if our dog tries a new angle, we can still catch him in the act. The picture is sharp during the day, and while the night vision could be a bit clearer, it’s still useful enough. Setting it up was straightforward—took less than ten minutes—and the app is simple to navigate. The camera itself feels sturdy and reliable. If you’re looking for outdoor use or want ultra-crisp night images, you might want something else. But if you’re a parent or have mischievous pets, this is a solid, no-fuss solution that won’t nickel-and-dime you each month. Highly recommend for peace of mind!

Excellent camera. Probably one of the most trouble free models that Eufy makes. The image is crystal clear and footage is fluid as long as your wifi is working properly or your connection to the Homebase is good, keep in mind that 15fps is your limit so if you want a camera that runs faster, this isn't for you. Another limitation is that there's no telephoto zoom, it's purely digital. I find it satisfactory. The camera feels solid and durable (I mean, don't drop it or anything...) and the picture is nice and bright. Sound quality is great, again, as long as your wifi permits or if the camera is within a good range of the Homebase 3. You can get color night vision if you want, but it depends on the spotlight and not a special sensor. As of Dec 2025, this camera does connect to the Homebase 3, fully, ie. both for storage as well as BionicMind upgrades (facial recognition, etc). No complaints here. I'm slowly upgrading all my 2K Indoor PTZs with this until something better comes along.

After using another company's indoor security cameras, I find the eufy Security 4K Indoor Cameras (E30) to have superb resolution and I have no issues with connectivity as I did with the other company’s cameras. The pan & tilt and presets features, along with the AI intergration, are great additional and useful features to these cameras. You can double tap your phone's screen to zoom in or out (2x) or pinch to zoom in or out for up to 8x. These cameras are an excellent value for the very affordable price. You can, also, simply tap a button and talk through the camera. The design is very modern and relatively small. I bought both the white and black models and they look great in my home. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a high quality indoor security camera for their home.

Pretty good little camera. Very clear video, and nice features to schedule times when camera alarm is activated/deactivated. I had some issues with the sensitivity settings. When testing, sometimes it wouldn't alert me when I had it set to Away, and I walked in front of the camera. It does send alerts to my phone very fast. Also, setting up the security zone was a little difficult. You have to give it extra room so you don't trigger the alarm in areas outside of the security zone. Once these issues are corrected, it works well.

I'm using these as part of my overall Eufy camera system. I have S4 cameras outside, an S350 camera in the main living area and am using these E30 cameras in the family room, foster kitten enclosure and I'm also using 2 of them in the enclosed garage (one facing toward the back and the other facing out toward the garage door). These swivel, track and pan up/down, but the range of vertical movement is limited by the base. You need to pay attention to how you mount/position this b/c this limitation means that it cannot capture activity going on directly below. Their range is best if positioned right up at around eye level, but if you place them high up on a cabinet/shelf, or wall mount them higher up, you'll lose coverage in some of the lower view plane. The pan and swivel operates near silently so you're not aware that they are tracking at all. This is especially helpful since we're using one of the cameras to monitor our foster kittens in their enclosure and I don't want the cameras to bother them. If you choose to have these sit on a table or shelf, they come with little non-slip pads on the base that are supposed to keep them from moving every time they swivel, but I've found these pads to work just so-so. I just added my own silicone pads and it hasn't moved at all. There is an option to have a light come on when triggered. I have those lights disabled on my interior cameras, but I do have them set to come on for the 2 cameras in our garage. I am using extension cables with all these cameras just because of where my outlets happen to be (and because I am very ocd about cord management and don't like visible cords). Any high quality extension c cable will work. I mention this specifically because a few of the solar panels for my S4 cameras needed extension cables and I needed to only use Eufy cables for those. I'd initially used high quality, outdoor extension cables but they weren't recognized by the Eufy app. I needed to get cables through Eufy and only then did the app recognize that the camera was connected to a solar panel. Great clarity, sharp recognition of movement/activity - - - even recognizing movement by our little foster kittens!

Esta cámara me parece una muy buena opción, tienen bastantes funciones y un seguimiento muy útil para la detección de movimientos. La resolución está bien, sin embargo no le pongo las 5 estrellas porque se debe considerar que se necesita almacenamiento para poder tener almacenaje en 4K funcional, tanto para que lo tengas de manera local así como su centro de datos el cual le puedes complementar el uso ( Que añade IA y funciones especiales)

Quite happy so far with this E30 Eufy Pan-Tilt indoor camera. Seems like the options are limitless on the app, connectivity was extremely simple, price is decent on sale for $67.. Plus the 4K makes the picture so much clearer on zoom in mode as well. I would recommend this camera for anywhere in your home or business, as it runs continuously, has AI to pick up certain sounds and then scans to look for where it comes from. Great for watching over pets or children, while also securing your home! I just ordered another one :-D
