I ordered a set of these and received one as a Christmas gift this year. The first set arrived in perfect condition, they are packed for shipping really well. I was very surprised when my gifted set arrived and 3 plates were broken. I sent an email that night explaining my situation. I was emailed back within the hour and received amazing customer service. They received the pictures of my broken plates and started the process to ship replacements. Within about 3 days I received a replacement set. I am extremely satisfied and impressed by the level of service. The dishes themselves are beautiful, and look stunning in my kitchen. I like the weight and thickness of the plates. I do wish the bowls were slightly deeper, but that’s a personal preference. So far I’ve had no issues with cleaning them, both in the dishwasher and by hand. They have a nice clear coat and wipe clean very easily. They don’t stack perfectly, but I kind of like the more rustic style of the plates so it doesn’t bother me, my husband disagrees. So that might be up to your preference as well. All that said I think these dishes are a great set and worth the price. I am very happy with my purchase, and extremely pleased with the customer support.

There was not a single scratched, chipped or broken piece in the set. The colors are absolutely stunning. We hand wash them so I dont know how they stand up in dishwasher but they are perfect for the microwave. Best dish set I have bought in a long time. They also aren't quite as heavy as previous ceramic sets I've had.

Love this set! Great quality and price! Colors are as pictured and they are very durable. They have an elegant presentation but great for everyday use.

Beautiful colors, nice lip on the plates, bowls are a beautiful and functional size and shape. Heavy duty ceramic dinnerware.

Love how thick and good quality they are, but for some reason I believe the color is starting to come out in some parts. I wonder how long they will last. They won't heat up in the microwave like regular ceramic will. So far, they do quite well in the dishwasher. Not sure if i recommend it yet.

Wanted a "proper" dinner set and thought this fit the bill. Bought it during the Spring Sale and have been loving everything in it ever since. The large dinner plates are bigger than expected which I really like and my boyfriend favors the smaller plates. We both like the bowls. Haven't used the flatter ones yet but I'm planning on bringing them out for our next taco night. We love the teal color. Very appreciative of how thick and heavy they are too - feels like very good quality ceramic material. They're very easy to clean by hand and easy to stack and store. Extremely happy with purchase and would definitely order from this company again.

Caught my eye with the product pictures so i ordered them because it was a great price. Was expecting the quality to match the price, but no! They are amazing and look even better in person. Crazy durable and beautiful. 10/10. Will buy again if i ever need to that is

Absolutely delighted with this dinner set. Ordered 2 as I like to have 8 settings, have some spare in case of accidents. Arrived very well packaged and all recyclable. Have ordered the matching pasta bowls (deep plates) and mugs. Could not be happier with all 👍👍👍
