Great little kit as a starter for paracord crafting and ideal for keeping you or your munchkins occupied! I didn’t think the clips were a very good match for the colours of cord supplied, but that’s my only gripe. The jig is very useful and can be used for may other paracord projects. It was pretty easy to use and doesn’t take up a large space. A good selection of cord supplied and all different colours to suit everyone. Definitely recommended, especially with the school holidays coming up. Price is very good for giving this crafting a go.

Amazing product would recommend

This is overall an adequate jig for making paracord crafts. The wood is reasonably finished enough to not give you splinters but would have benefitted from being sealed/varnished. The biggest weakness I can see is the joints and if you maybe applied too much pressure may get them to fail as they seem to just have been pinned using a nail gun. In order for this jig to work best for me i had to remove the pre installed clips to the ones I use, as they weren't compatible and popped out under slight pressure from the cord. I also used some epoxy glue to fix the locking nut into position as without it, it freely spun when the wing nut was tighted. The supplied paracord and clips are acceptable and good enough for practice but other than that you will want to use some better quality cord.

If, like me, you have an awkward tween who doesn't really know what they want to do with their free time, but it's definitely not the things you are suggesting, this could be the solution. My daughter was immediately on this device, banging out Paracord bracelets to hand out at school to her friends, who now think she's the coolest, most original kid ever. The set was easy to use, and with the help of a few YouTube videos, she was off and flying with it. Now, there is a warning that needs to accompany this review. If your child (or yourself) starts this hobby, and enjoys it, there is a downside. Two, in fact. The first, is that you will spend an unreasonable amount of money on paracord, find yourself online at odd hours purchasing many varieties and colours, and consequently, have to find a craft box or similar to house these reels. The second, is that everyone and everything in your house, family, friends, will end up with one. From bracelets to necklaces, collars to keyrings, there is many things to make, and they will make them all. So be prepared to see paracord colour combinations in your sleep, and as you wake, and drowsily stumble to the kettle to make a tea, be prepared to find the kettle now has a rainbow paracord ring fastened around it because "I made it too big and it only fit that, not the dog". The hours of silence and the respite from Minecraft music is worth it for the price of a few 100m lengths of tartan and glitter paracord. Trust me.

Mostly as shown, the cord colours look great in picture.... reality they are not so nice, 2 pink 2 grey and assortment of other dull colours NO blue, yellow or purple as shown. Otherwise nice product for starting hobby. Instructions limited and poor quality.

Good little jig for paracord, took roughly 20 minutes to make the design in the picture which is much quicker than normal. Came with 5x 4mm cord and 5x 2mm cord exactly as it says in the description do not sure why people are moaning as the micro cord is great for decorative bits. Strength wise seems OK, simple to fix with a few screws and some glue if it breaks. Great little product to learn a new skill on or to make things simpler for fat fingers

Kids now making presents from this set. Saving a lot of money from bank parent.

Dieser Jig erfüllt seinen Zweck für kleine Armbänder und Schlüsselanhänger die man mit Paracord super herstellen kann. Für Anfänger sehr gut geeignet und auch die mitgelieferten Bänder in zwei verschiedenen Größen sind für den Anfang ausreichend. Wer glaub die Farben an Bänder zu bekommen die man sieht, irrt sich. Diese sind zufällig und man sollte das „Starter-Set“ nicht wegen der Bänder kaufen.
