I would recommend Tamodine to clean fresh wounds on pets.
I was very impressed with Tamodine Wound Dressing. My greyhound suffered a wound while out on a walk and my Vet recommended this product. I applied it daily and the wound soon healed. When using it it is important to follow the instructions and in particular to rinse off the Tamodine with clean water soon after it is applied. I found it easier to apply by spraying it on the affected area.

Best wound cleanser for reptiles
The only wound cleanser I trust for reptiles. My snake had a very nasty, large wound that needed daily cleaning to prevent infection. This stuff lasted for as long as I needed it and is so easy to use, since you just apply with a cotton pad and can clearly see where you've cleaned, then rinse off. Snake now healing very nicely and didn't get any infections despite the high chance. Absolutely love this stuff, highly recommend.

Great to keep in pet first aid box
Great for cuts on dogs feet. I keep it to treat scrapes or ulcers on my koi.

Easy to use treatment ,highly effective.
A brilliant topical antiseptic,I used an old cleaned spray dispenser for ease,kept fish netted reducing stress and seems to have cleared the damage.Brilliant product,could be used with cotton buds too if no spare spray bottle.

Tamodine wound dressing
I was advised by the vet to buy this to bathe my cats leg where she has over groomed and made it a mess it is clearing up nicely now
