I have been buying their 5 lb bags for awhile now...cook in my small crockpot one cup to three cups water until soft but still a bit of texture. Makes a great breakfast cereal that I pair with honey, Greek yogurt and fresh fruit. Wonderful nutty texture and wheat berries are very nutritious. Decided to buy a bigger supply because I live in a very remote area and well you never know with the world these days, good to have on hand......

We discovered wheat berries a year ago as a breakfast meal. These are excellent and cook up great. Using our rice cooker, can have a superb grain cereal breakfast either sweet or savory as desired with toppings. Soooo much better than oatmeal!!!
