I couldn’t recommend this seller enough. I don’t usually write reviews but this warranted a 5 Star. I was looking for some new table wear, all I could find in my price range were plain, and I needed microwave, dishwasher and oven safe. The price on the main page for this product was more than I was looking to pay, however, I’m really glad I actually clicked on the product to look at it further because there was an additional discount added upon checkout :) The set came a day later (Boxing Day) they are so well made and I was so impressed by how they were packaged, I thought absolutely nothing could be broken. Upon unwrapping, I noticed one of the bowls had a large chip, but it must have been there prior to packaging the order. I contacted the seller and even though it was Boxing Day, I received a message the next morning. I provided a photo of the bowl and they immediately offered me a replacement or a partial refund. I chose the replacement because I wanted the complete set. The replacement arrived today and it was wrapped in so much bubble wrap and arrived in perfect condition. The seller was super quick at responding and very lovely. Now for the product. I got the blossom pattern, 6 plates, 6 side plates, 6 cereal bowls and 6 soup bowls. They are extremely well made, heavy, no flaws in terms of scratches, pattern, bubbles etc and are completely smooth. The pattern is beautiful and dainty. I have since tested the items in the microwave, oven and dishwasher and they all have stayed exactly the same. The plates, side plates and soup bowls are a lot bigger than any of my previous sets which is a bonus and what I was looking for, and the cereal bowls are a good size too. Even without the discount, this set is well worth the money for the quality and quantity of the items you get. The seller made the experience smooth of getting a replacement bowl and should I ever need any more table wear, I will 100% be a returning customer :) I have added a photo of the packaging and how they arrived :)

I bought this dinnerware set as a gift for my mum and she absolutely adores it. The design is elegant and looks even nicer in person. The plates and bowls feel good quality and not too heavy, and they look lovely on the table. It made a perfect present and feels special without being overly expensive. I’m really happy with this purchase, and seeing how much my mum loves it makes it even better.

These are such a beautiful setting. They are very high quality and light weight. I'm older and I had fishes that were just too heavy for me. These are perfect!
