This scraper is not only great for scraping but also has sharp edges that are perfect for cutting dough into pieces for baking multiple loaves of bread or other baked goods. It’s a high-quality piece that’s very comfortable to use. The wooden handle is easy to grip, and I suspect it’ll be durable for a long time. It’s easy to clean up, but be careful with the sharp edge, as I did nick my fingers.

The quality of this item was never in question and now that I have one with a flat blade, I am really impressed with its functionality as well. Thanks to Vovoly customer service for rectifying my issue and for making a great product that I highly recommend.*** Not a great product. The blade of this scraper has a slight bow shape which causes it to perform poorly. When pressed onto the griddle top, the two outside edges scrape the surface but the center is concave which prevents the blade from scraping. Oil, debris, and other liquids pass under the blade even when pressing with a lot of force. It’s a bummer because the tool has a cool look and I was excited to have a quality, wide griddle scraper. I give this item 2 ⭐️ because the blade seems to be a heavy duty steel and I like the wood handle. Maybe it’ll make a good gardening tool of some sort but it is a lousy griddle scraper.

First, I love using my griddle. I usually cook on it 2 or 3 times a week. As soon as I finish cooking, a quick clean and I am ready for the next cook. I like the Vovoly extra wide griddle scraper, because the handle is wood, not plastic. My other scraper has some melted parts on it where I leaned it against the griddle edge. Not a problem with the Vovoly. When I am finished, a quick scrape to push any bits and extra oil down the trap, then I grab a paper towel and push it around with my scraper, giving it a quick wipe for dirty bits or extra oil. After that, a bit of clean oil on the griddle and another towel, and use the scraper again to evenly spread the oil around. So, you see, this scraper gets quite a bit of work every time I use the griddle. It is a nice addition to my tools. Also, the edge is sharp, if you need to cut a piece of fat off the edge of a piece of meat, or separate a couple of pancakes. That wooden handle stays nice and cool, even with a hot griddle.

Great tool for picking up wet or sticky, freshly chopped veggies, meats or cheese. Also works great on my flat iron stainless grill for cleaning up stuck grease and oil, keeping the stainless steel clean. I love this! This a small but great tool to have.

I was expecting some thin stainless steel with crap handles but was pleasantly surprised. It is not professional grade, but it will last for years doing duties for the backyard BBQer. It has a nice edge, feels solid in the hand, long enough to avoid burning your fingers and stiff enough to do the job. I will replace my other griddle tools for this company’s products. If you bought cheap stuff for your griddle and now you regret it, here’s your solution. No complaints.
