The dongle for the head sets works great once you get the head sets (That were recommended with the dongle), to pair then after that the head sets will pair automatically when you power on the head sets on my PC. The first time you have to get both head set and dongle in pairing mode. If they do no pair you hold the button on the dongle till the light on it starts blinking quickly. Then if it dose not pair press the button on the dongle 3 to 5 more seconds wait and repeat till it pairs. Only issue with the headsets are that they are hard plastic and irritate the ear where they sit. The easy fix for me was to order a bag on the flat round ear foam ear covers. They will wrap around the part that sits next to the ear and I had some one sew them on. After that I put a small slit where the USBC power connect to charge the head sets. Now I can wear them high or low on my ears with no discomfort.

It works as intended, just gotta follow the manual. connections are very quick. Price was ok. There's not any UI to interact with it or do anything on the computer. Just push the button to enter pairing. alot of other reviews dog on the "ease of use" but they're definitely not reading the manual. I got it to link my wireless headset to my PC work calls and teams.

I wanted a device to connect to a Bluetooth headset or headphones, which supposedly is exactly what this should be. It was detected by my system as a speaker or headphone output, the problem is that there was no way to find and connect Bluetooth devices. I could find it and connect to it on my phone, but it did not help as there was no speaker involved. The description says it is not meant for cars, but a car is the only place I could use it. Connect it to a laptop and find and connect to it with the car and play audio using the car speakers, but that is infidelity not what I wanted to do. Perhaps there are speakers or headsets that could use these, mine could not.

It's very hard to get into the usb port on my computer, it's almost as if it's to big or something because it took me a min to get it in. But once I had it in and everything done, it connected immediately to the headphones.
