The foot strap is excellent and provides great stability while pulling from the straps. The strap length is generous too—even if you’re tall (I’m 6’11”), it works perfectly. It’s also very convenient to store and small enough to take anywhere since it fits in a regular handbag, backpack, or even a jacket pocket. Good strap to help exercise after knee surgery...very helpful and necessary to help with physical therapy exercises...it's not really stretched a little on the stiff/firm side but helpful

Got this for the heel slides, but we used it for so much more. The strap was used to help lift the leg, in and out of bed. We also used the strap to help me stand up. Honestly it's wonderful glad I have it.

It does what it is supposed to do which is aid in getting a good stretch and bend the knee post surgery, but the strap alone could also do that.
