I'm writing this review after 5 months of buying this. After 1 month case wasn't charging then i claimed warranty and they gave me another earbuds. After 4 months the replaced product got same battery issue i tried to claim warranty they rejected it saying damaged product. Sound quality is poor. They claim it has metal body but build quality is poor too buds got scratches very easily. Charging is very slow. Overall this buds are overpriced and hyped. Today i brought buds from another brand I hav3 decided not to buy any product of boat!

Sound Quality: The sound quality of the boAt Immortal Katana Blade 2.0 is where these earbuds truly shine. The bass is punchy without being overwhelming, the mids are clear and well-defined, and the highs are crisp and detailed. Whether I was listening to music, podcasts, or watching movies, the audio performance was consistently excellent. Battery Life: Battery life is another strong point. On a full charge, The case supports fast charging, provide up to 3 hours of continuous playback for 10 mins of charging, and the charging case offers an additional 70 hours of battery life. Which is incredibly convenient for those on the go. Connectivity: This Earbuds ensuring a stable and reliable connection. Pairing the earbuds with my devices was seamless, and I didn’t experience any dropouts or connectivity issues during use. They also support Fast Pair, making it quick and easy to connect to any smartphones and other compatible devices. The touch controls are responsive and intuitive, allowing me to manage playback and access voice assistants with ease. Worst product was not working right side ear buds in one month replacement of order took two month in which they return empty box

I have been using boat headphones for almost five years rockers series was really good this immortalz series is the worst product that can come up with first time I ordered one and it lasted only a month despite that I thought to give boat a second chance and bought one just seven days back and now it won't charge , the service center support is also abysmal, i am not buying this brand again you shouldn't too. It's just over priced china cheap make please skip this product

I had high hopes for the boAt Immortal Katana Blade 2.0, but it’s been a huge letdown. I already claimed warranty once because the magnet came out after just 3–4 minor falls—something that should not happen with a so-called “gaming-grade” earbuds. boAt did replace it, but now the exact same issue happened again, just a few weeks later. This shows that the build quality is extremely poor, and clearly, the problem hasn’t been fixed in the product design. Earbuds at this price should be able to withstand basic usage without parts falling apart. Very disappointed. I won’t recommend this to anyone looking for durability or long-term value. boAt seriously needs to work on product quality and not just flashy design.

I bought these in December 2024 but it got damaged within 1 week. There was battery problem and charging problem. Then I claimed warranty and got another earbuds but after 2 days it got damaged again. Due to the same problem, I claimed again but it was rejected. Please don't buy this. You can buy from any other company but don't buy boat's. The most damaged are boat's airbuds. I bought 2 and both got damaged.

Its bad waste of money i bought this few weeks ago an now the earbuds is not even charging.
