Read the instructions, then all good.
Make sure you carefully read the instructions so you have got the right drum for your printer, you know how to install it, and you know how to reset the counter. Instructions do differ between printers. This drum works fine with my HL2350DW printer. The drums may not keep well so don't keep stock for several years. Do note they are photosensitive so change them in a moderately dim light, draw your blinds. Once you have unpacked your drum, get on with installation. It is a one minute job. All is then good as new.

What sort of company are brother?? so you search genuine printer ink, and get this rubbish! no ink included! no wonder people don't use genuine!! Even their printer works, no low ink signs, just stops!! just another Great British rip off!!

Good but pricey
I ordered a couple of 3rd party drums, but the quality was shockingly bad. This one cost 3 times the price, but the print quality is back to its best

Very limited lifespan
I had this drum unit delivered on 25th November 2020. I replaced the drum unit. It has been used less over the Christmas period but on 28th December 2020 the printer will not print but is saying that the drum unit requires to be replaced. This seems a ridiculously short lifespan for the drum unit and not good value for money.
