Very comfortable shoes

They were exactly what they said they were. Really nice.

I bought a pair of these shoes about a year ago and wear them all of the time. I just bought another pair within a month and this most recent pair is much less comfortable, is a looser fit, and only came with a single insole, where the prior pair came with two insoles to choose for comfort. I am wondering if I got a returned pair and there was supposed to be two different insoles or what I got is what I should expect. The current pair came with thick orthotic insoles and lacked the tan colored flatter insole that I found so comfortable with the previous pair.

PROS: Plenty of support and nice and wide compared to most. I really love that it doesn't squish my toes together, almost like wearing slides when it comes to toe space. Reminds me of the space at the front of square toe shoes. Good support and very stable with no foot roll. CONS: 1) Heal should be leather instead of cloth. Wears out, and becomes frayed with slipping on shoes after 6 or so months. 2) There is some squeek in one shoe. 3) Not the most stylish (but I like comfort more)
