De kwaliteit van de gemalen acai is prima, niks mis mee. Alleen is het wel erg duur eur 12 voor 100gr.

Me encanta este formato de açaí y la presentación está muy cuidada. Se nota claramente la calidad del producto y tiene un sabor espectacular. El formato en polvo hidrolizado me parece especialmente acertado, ya que me permite ajustar fácilmente la cantidad y resulta mucho más versátil que el açaí congelado a la hora de usarlo en distintas recetas. Suelo mezclarlo con yogur, añadirlo a batidos y preparar el clásico açaí bowl con plátano y otras frutas congeladas. Aun así, mi forma favorita de consumirlo es mezclando una cucharada de açai directamente con fruta fresca: naranja, kiwi y plátano, junto con arándanos congelados. Al mezclarlo todo, la naranja suelta su zumo y los arándanos se van derritiendo, creando un bowl de fruta con un zumo de açaí en el fondo que queda simplemente espectacular.
