neat and compact. It won't work for older EPROMS like 2732. It will write to them but fails verification. A reload of the written data shows errors. It will work great with SSTDf256 EEPROMS which are electrically written. Software is in mostly Italian. Overall if this works for you then great

Fit a ZIF socket. Otherwise, excellent. Drivers and SW comes on disk.
If you're only doing to occasional chip, it's fine as is, just be careful to straighten all the pins before you start. I fitted a ZIF socket to reduce the chances of bending pins and speed up insertion. It now works a treat, though the ZIF's pins only reach 3/4 of the way through the plated through holes because of a couple of smt components underneath it. Plenty flux on both sides and plenty heat! Also an electric solder sucker makes it easy to get the DIP socket out without damage. The device does also older and smaller Eproms - 2716, 2732 with anything from 12 to 25V Vpp, not just the 27Cxx range mentioned in the listing.

Item received in good condition but didn't work as expected
I like that I have received the item quickly However, I had issues when I tried to program 27C512 type chips Still not able to identify the reason of the issues but the support from the seller was good He promised to sent replacement to exclude the possibility of a faulty item

Ich habe einen Eprom Programmierer für SST27SF512 Eproms benötigt. Das Gerät macht was es soll. Software funktioniert und die Anleitung ist verständlich.

Brennt ein altes 2716-Eprom in den Einstellungen "27C16", 25 V in wenigen Sekunden! Man benötigt ein USB-Kabel mit B-Stecker: https://www.amazon.de/AmazonBasics-7HUA-2-0-Druckerkabel-Stecker-B-Stecker/dp/B00NH11KIK/?th=1 Einziger Makel: kein ZIF-Sockel.

Funziona perfettamente su vecchi (XP) e nuovi (WIN10) PC. Manca lo zoccolo ZIP, indispensabile su un programmatore, ho dovuto montarne uno.
