The clear boxes arrived in decent shape, except for that they were all stacked together, the 4 of them, with absolutely no way to get them apart! They should have had paper or plastic separators, for sure. We spent well over 2 hours trying to pull them apart, first with our hands, then with rulers and shoe horns, only to end up with boxes being all scratched and STILL stuck together. They are unusable for us now. We even set them outside in the snow and colder temps, thinking that heat swells, so cold shrinks, and maybe that would loosen the boxes up. Nope! Don't buy unless you need frustration, aggravation, and loss of a lot of money out of your pocket! This was a reoganizing project, something we saved for, and a big expense for our small household budget. What a disappointment. To top it off, the Amazon chat line rep told me several days ago that she would personally contact the seller, that night, to make things right, and i would hear back within 48 hours. That was also a nope. Amazon, you are losing my business real fast. No more of these boxes will be paid for by us!

I absolutely love these bins. They are perfect for my project. Having said that I will never purchase them again. It took me and my boyfriend 45 mins to pull them apart. Finally had to drip goo-gone down the corners. Our hands are killing us. There is no way the get a good grip on them to pull them apart.

They were exactly what I wanted and needed! Great quality and I will order more soon.

One arrived broken. I would request a replacement, but the other 3 were so difficult to separate that it is just not worth the effort to separate another 4 of them. Disappointing because the other 3 that I can use are really great for what I originally bought them for.
