Very nice. I used the prying tool that comes with the replacement ear pads to tuck the ends into the metal bands before fastening the screws.

It fits is the good thing. The problem isn't the fit but the material. Not all pleather is created equal, and this pleather feels cheap. Since it's just a headband, it's not a deal breaker, but for the price of this band, they should have provided a much thicker pleather. If you can't find anything better, this will do.

This headband cover wasn't designed for my specific headphones, but I decided to try it out anyway, because the headband on my headphones is the same width (30mm), and this cover is similar in length to the original padding. Unfortunately, I'd already ripped the original foam padding off, so you can see from the photo I uploaded that it's not as thick and cushiony as shown in photos on the product page, but it's still very comfortable--more so than the original padding--and I really don't think it needs any additional cushioning. Installation was pretty easy; you simply wrap this cover around your headband. A Velcro strip along the length of the cover fastens the two sides together and holds it snugly in place. Unless you study it closely, the cover looks like it's an original part of my headphones. I'm happy with this product. It's inexpensive, it looks nice, and it seems to be constructed of durable materials, but only time will tell just how long it holds up. Even if it only lasts for a year or two, I will most likely order this product again as a replacement.

The installation is a bit fidelly, but doable. The instructions don't point out that there is a front and back direction. The main issue is that it has a plastic piece that makes it hard and un comfortable. Really disappointed. Considering buying something different

It's flaking little specks of vinyl into my hair and that's embarrassing. I did some careful measuring and realized this replacement headband would work. When it arrived it took me perhaps five minutes to apply it. The installation was super easy and simple. It really helped to connect the ends together first and then open the closing strip just enough to put it on the headphones. Trying to wrap it around from scratch was more confusing. This headband is super comfortable and soft and the fit helps position the headphones properly over my ears. The quality is very good, even better than the original. Functionality - wise it restored the headset that I love to use for all my work meetings. From my perspective it's a fantastic value for the money. The materials are all of good quality. I'm super happy with it.

The quality of this headband seems okay, but it was far too small to fit on the headband. It does come with a screwdriver which was a nice touch. I can't recommend this because it wouldn't be easy to install, wouldn't have any better quality than the original nor be any more durable. It shouldn't effect the sound quality at all however. The durability is of synthetic pleather, so it is what one expects of the item.

My son has had his PXC 550 headphones for many years, and they get alot of use. The original headband had started to disintegrate and little bits of faux leather started to disappear leaving the band looking very shabby indeed. This replacement from SoulWIT has totally brought the finish back to almost when they were new. The leather has a very similar feel to the original sennheiser one, and without knowing you would think it was sewn on. The installation was a little tricky to get our head around at first, and I have been in contact with the seller to put my point across with regards to simplifying the instructions and slowing down the video to demonstrate the correct way to fold the headband the right way and make it fit as it should. SoulWIT really took notice, and more of a massive help. Once you have this knowledge, the fitment is perfect and only a small ridge where it is Velcro’d is only tell tail sign that it has been replaced. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase. It has brought my son‘s headphones back to looking like new, and at a fraction of the price of buying a new set of high-quality headphones.

If you a DIY person, its perfect replacement for your PXC500 headphone. Looks premium.

Il prodotto arriva in una sottile bustina, dove all'interno troviamo, oltre alla banda di simil-pelle, un cacciavite a stella piccolo, del biadesivo e delle viti di ricambio. Sono presenti anche delle istruzioni abbastanza facili da seguire: una volta svitate le 4 viti sottilissime che tengono le clip di metallo, bisogna staccare il vecchio biadesivo e tagliare l'attuale banda di pelle, una volta rimossa si mette la nuova che è fornita di uno strap (e quindi più facile inserire e rimuovere). Sono presenti anche le viti di ricambio quindi possiamo sostituirle con le nuove senza problemi. Il cacciavite non è magnetico e rimettere le viti non è proprio facile ma fattibile. Le note negative sono che la fascia è molto diversa dall'originale, ancora comoda ma comunque diversa. La qualtià non è assolutamente la stessa ma purtroppo non sono disponibili altri tipi di ricambio di questo tipo. Altro lato negativo sempre della banda è proprio lo strap che è bello forte ma è comunque uno strap e si "muove" un po sulla testa, niente di irreparabile ma percepibile. Punto a favore l'inclusione del cacciavite che è di buona qualità tutto sommato e anche delle viti di ricambio, ce ne sono 5 e ne servono solo 4. Tutto sommato un buon prodotto e lo consiglio a chi ha l'attuale banda rotta o rovinata e vuole sostituirla.

Perfetto per sostituire la fascia che si era sbriciolata col tempo. Esteticamente identico all'originale, al tatto leggermente diverso perché ha all'interno un segmento di plastica che non dà assolutamente fastidio. Con il video è stato possibile capire come montarlo, per me non facilissimo ma niente di insormontabile.
