I didn’t want to spend the money for a good instant read thermometer but found that I was continually frustrated with my cheaper model. Caused my oven to lose too much height and my hand to burn when I was trying to use it. This one is much more affordable than other instant read thermometers and seems just as good. It provides instantaneous temperature readings just as promised. I am very pleased with it.

This thing is awesome. Quality, pizzaz, everything you could want. Seriously though it's awesome, works great, fast read,! He display swaps if you turn it so the probe is one way or the other.
