Not compatible with older frames. I need to drill and thread holes in the lower frame to securely attach wheel brackets on lower frame.

Leave the bike very heavy but is easy to install and safe.

They appear sturdy enough but simply do not fit any frame. They were bought for my wife who has balance issues but didn’t fit her bike. I have 4 other various bikes and I couldn’t get them to fit any without damaging the frame, gear or brake mechanisms. Any position just to make them fit would be dangerous. I’m outside my return window so I’m stuck with some useless, expensive wheels.

Tyre ripped on first use. On inspection the tyre had no threads. Sloppy sub standard quality that could have caused serious injury or death. Unbelievable considering the price. Amazon then refused to arrange prepaid postage for return of faulty, defective, and dangerous item. Had to replace the nuts with decent ones as they loosen as you ride. The wheels also angle inwards when fitted, not parallel as shown in the product photograph.

These do not work they do not line up and make it impossible to ride the bike with them on. They are too expensive for them not to work. Do not buy them. I bought them as it said suitable for disability but they are not.

The item was sent to me without part number 2...the U bolts. There is no contact telephone number in the packaging.

The wheels are wonderful. I am an adult that cannot ride a bike and have some issues with balance. I rode my bike and had a terrible fall so I ordered these stabilizers. They were easy to install once I oriented myself with very limited tools. I installed them and went out immediately and I didn’t want to get off my bike. They are sturdy and great quality and I had no hesitation that they would hold my 175 lbs body. It gave me confidence that i was not going to fall over and when I did go too much to one side or the other the wheels held my weight so smoothly. I could go as fast as I wanted without issue. I lost a nut after a ride (I did not tighten the nut enough so my fault). I contacted the company and they were prompt, helpful, and quickly let me know what to order. This is a great company. Thank you for giving this 40 year old the ability to finally ride a bike!
